III. Application scope:

If only P39A Waterproof white nylon white glue is used, it is only suitable for printing on light or white colored waterproof nylon fabrics. 

IV. Reference formula: 

1. When it is used singly 

100 percent of P39A Waterproof nylon transparent glue 
3 to 5 percent of bridge agent 

+ 100

2. When it is used for printing on medium and light colored nylon fabrics: 

40 to 60 percent of waterproof nylon transparent glue
35 to 55 percent of waterproof white nylon white glue
X
3 to 5 percent of bridge agent 

+ 100

V. Printing processes 

It should be overprinted at least 2 times in order to have a smooth surface and a vivid and bright effect.

VI. Precautions:

(1) 120 meshed screen printing should be used 
(2) Before use the waterproof white nylon white glue, it is necessary to add 3 to 5 percent of bridge agent into it and mix them. 
(3) After P39A waterproof white nylon white glue is added with bridge agent, it must be within 5 hours; therefore, it should be prepared according to the actual amount to be used. 
(4) It is better to bake the finished product under a temperature of 150 for 2 minutes so as to have a better fastness; if it is dried in natural air, it should be dried for at least 7 days to reach the necessary fastness. 
(5) The Quality guarantee period is 6 months under room temperature.
