Q1: What is tinplate? Are printed tins safe for food?
A: Tinplate is the steel coated with a fine layer of tin for tin protective purposes. Tinplate is a high quality safe packaging material for food items, such as cookies, candies, chocolate, etc. A food grade lacquer is coated on the inside of the tin to prevent corrosion and interaction of the tin with the food product and thus make it suitable for food storage.

Q2: How do you print on the tins? Is it screened or offset printed?
A: Metal decoration is an offset printing process utilizing CMYK colors. The print is done on large metals first, then slitting into smaller piece for stamping and formation. Offset Printing, Pantone Printing, White Lacquer, White Printing be used according to your requirement.

Q3: Can I get the sample to see the quality? Is sample for free? How can I get it?
A: Yes, sure. The existing sample can be provided for your reference. it is free! Please kindly give us your company name, detailed address, zip code, telephone number, courier service account (FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc.) Then we send the samples out. Please notice that the freight is on buyer's account. 

Q4: Can I use your existing mold for free? If I have to customize new mould and sample, can the cost be returned?
A: Yes, our existing mold can be provided for you by free, except for some special mold which belongs to our current customer. For the new mold and sample cost, if the accumulated order quantity reaches to 100K, it can be refunded.

Q5: What is the MOQ? And how many designs I can do?
A: Due to mass printing and production processing, MOQ is normally 5000pcs for large size, 10000pcs for small size. 

Q6: Can I get a price list?
A: We'd prefer to quote specific products as you required. All products we made is customized, the price can be affected by several factors, such as size, shape, quantity, thickness, printing method, colors, packaging method, etc. Additionally, material prices can change constantly. Please tell us your requirements and we will provide you with the best solution.

Q7: What is the lead time of sample and mass production?
A: Existing sample: 3-5 days
Customized sample: 12-15 days
Customized new mold & sample: 20-25 days
Mass production time: Normally, the delivery time is 30-35 days. But it still depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order

Q8: How can I make an order?
