Product description
I. Properties:
  (1) Appearance: slight-white latex
  (2) Composition: Mainly consisting of high molecular polymers
  (3) Ion type: Negative ion type or Non-ionic type
 
II. Characteristics
  (1) Good screen printing properties, short bronzing time
  (2) Smooth surface, good brightness, three-dimensional sense
  (3) Soft hand feeling, does not peel
 
III. Application scope:
  It is suitable for printing gold, silver, and platinum patterns etc on cotton fabrics.
 
IV. Reference formula:
  1. 100 percent of bronzing paste
 
V. Precautions
  (1) Points, lines and small sized patterns have better bronzing and printing effect.
  (2) In order to prevent part of the printed golden patterns from peeling off which will affect the integrity
and beauty of the patterns, some special paste similar to the bronzing paper may be added during bronzing process.
  (3) Generally, bronzing is carried out under a temperature of about 150ºC for 6 to 8 seconds; Both
temperature and time should be precisely controlled.
  (4) Do not take off the bronzing paper abruptly, take if off along the warp or weft direction of the fabric.
