Product description
I. Properties:
(1) Appearance: milk white paste.

II. Characteristics

III. Application scope:
It is suitable for printing on deep or light colored jeans, cotton or cotton-blended
fabrics
IV. Reference formula:
(1) When used singly: 100 percent of P68 jean cloth + 1 to 5 percent of dedicated
additive
(2) When it is used for light color printing: 40 to 60 percent of jean elastic white paste

V. Printing processes
It should be overprinted at least 2 times in order to have a smooth surface and a good
covering effect. I.e.: Printing—blow drying—printing—air drying or baked
drying—finished product. If a especially lustrous surface is needed, it is necessary to
overprint a layer of bright paste after the elastic coating is printed.
I.e.:  Printing—blow drying—printing—blow drying----printing a layer of bright
paste—air drying or baked-drying—finished product
VI. Precautions
(1) Before use the stone worn jean transparent paste, it is necessary to add bridge
 
agent into it and mix well;
(2) After the stone worn jeans transparent paste is added with bridge agent, it must be
within 5 hours; therefore, it should be prepared according to the actual amount to
be used.
(3)  120 meshed screen printing should be used
(4) It is better to bake the finished product under a temperature of 150 centigrade for 2 minutes so as to have a better fastness; If it is dried in natural air, it should be
dried for at least 7 days to reach the necessary fastness.
(5) The Quality guarantee period is 6 months under room temperature.
