II. Product features:
This paste can be used together W68 elastic white paste; its features are basically the same as that of W68 elastic white paste. When this Transparent Paste is used singly, it has an excellent hot water fastness. (Comparable with Japanese 480 transparent paste). It can be used together with all kinds of pastes.
III. Application scope:
This product is suitable for printing and coloring on all kind of cotton, polyamide, polypropylene fabrics, or cotton blended fabrics in textile, dyeing and printing industries.
IV. Reference formula: 45 to 50 percent of W-68 white Paste 45 percent of W-68 transparent Paste Colorful paste 5~10% _______________________________________                                                        100
V. Processes:
Printing-blow drying-printing-blow drying-printing a layer of bright paste-air drying or bake-drying-finished product
VI. Precautions:
(1) 100 to 120 meshed screen-printing should be used
(2) colorful paste used in printing will affect the fastness and elasticity
(3) If it is baked for 2 minutes under a temperature of 150ºC, the fastness will increase, but the elasticity will decrease.
(4) In deep color printing, add transparent paste, or directly use color printing paste
(5) Natural air drying for at least 7 days but the elasticity will decrease
(6) Do not mix it with positive ion type printing additives
