I. Properties:
A: Appearance: translucent paste
B: Composition: macromolecule copolymer latex
C: Viscosity: 80000-100000CPS
D: Ion type: Negative ion type or Non-ionic type
II. Characteristics
It has a good elasticity with hand feeling, strong covering power, good luster, does not
stick back. It will have a better effect to use together with 68-elastic Transparent Paste.
It can be used together with different kinds of Pigment Paste, suitable for production
completely dry. (Comparable with Japanese pigment paste)
of all kinds of export orders. The hot water fastness of the paste exceeds grade 4 after

This product is suitable for printing and coloring on all kind of cotton, polyamide,
polypropylene fabrics, or cotton blended fabrics in textile, dyeing and printing
industries.
IV. Reference formula:
Used for the bottom and second layer printing
85 to 95 percent of white Paste
Colorful paste
V. Printing processes
Generally, it should be overprinted at least 2 times in order to have a smooth surface
drying—printing a layer of bright paste—air drying or bake-drying—finished product
and reach a good covering effect. I.e.: Printing—blow drying—printing—blow
VI. Precautions:
(1) 100 to 120 meshed screen printing should be used
(2) Colorful paste used in printing will affect the fastness and elasticity
(3) If it is baked for 2 minutes under a temperature of 150degree centigrade, the fastness will increase,but the elasticity will decrease.
(4) In deep color printing, add transparent paste, or directly use color printing paste.
(5) Natural air drying for at least 7 days
(6) Do not mix it with positive ion type printing additives
